What data are stored?

We apply the principle of processing your personal data pursuant to Article 6 GDPR and storing it for as long as is necessary for us to meet our contractual and statutory obligations.

Recording of access

Each time our website is called up, our web host, (Strato AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany) will store access data in what are known as logfiles. In this context, information which could permit direct attribution to you, e.g. IP address, operating system used, browser used, will be anonymised prior to being stored. The logfiles serve to permit the analysis of access to safeguard the operation of the server which constitutes a legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1), 1 GDPR.

Inquiry form

When you send us a request for quotation or a general request, all data you have specified for processing the request (creation of an offer, contact request or answering any other questions) will be saved. By sending us the contact form you confirm your agreement.

Your rights

Where we process your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. Right to information
    You can request confirmation of whether data related to you are processed (Article 15 GDPR). You then have the right to information on the data processed.
  2. Right to rectification
    Where your personal data have been incorrectly processed, you have the right, pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, to demand immediate rectification of these data.
  3. Right to withdraw consent
    Where the processing of your personal data ensues on the basis of your consent, you have the right, pursuant to Article 7 GDPR, to withdraw this consent at any time.
  4. Right to erasure
    If you have withdrawn consent, lodged an objection to the processing of your personal data (and no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing apply), your personal data are no longer required for the purpose of processing, a corresponding legal obligation applies or your personal data have been unlawfully processed, you have the right, pursuant to Article 17 GDPR to demand erasure of your personal data. Mandatory statutory stipulations – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
  5. Right to restriction of processing

    Pursuant to Article 77 GDPR, you have the right, without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies, to lodge a complaint with an advisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you have your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
